This is a transitional lesson. You will need to be sensitive to the progress of the group.
It might be a good time to throw a party to celebrate what God has done and what the participants have learnt.
However, If they have not yet completed the tasks of Phase 1 then pause and work on these before going on the Phase 2.
Get into groups of 3-4 people and share how did with the goals you set at our last meeting:
Five things were in place at the end of Jesus preparation years:
Are these things in place for your ministry? If not, what still needs to be done?

During Jesus' first year and a half of ministry, Jesus spends His time developing a close relationship with a smaller group of people rather than trying to reach the masses. He stays in the wilderness near the Jordan River and the smaller towns of Galilee. His priority is to spend time with His initial followers.
During this phase, we see Christ ministering to a wide variety of people. The few miracles He performs are focused on revealing His identity to the people following Him. This period officially begins at Jesus’ baptism and continues until His rejection at Nazareth. During this time, Christ begins to prepare those He is with for the ministry ahead.
The Ministry Foundations Phase is a time for leaders to build good relationships in preparation for the expanded ministry ahead. It is a time when we use our resources and energy to build an atmosphere of love, trust and acceptance as a foundation for future ministry.
We will focus on one of the foundational priorities in each of the next six sessions.
In each of these six sessions we will also focus on the progresss you are making in developing a team of like-minded individuals who are commitd to being involved in ministry as a team.
